Her passion for performance runs deep, dating back to a serious high school soccer injury that opened her eyes to the impact technology innovation can drive to foster improved health, wellness, and performance.

As a trusted partner, Debbie comes in at pivotal moments to exceed performance goals and establish a foundation for cost-effective, scalable, sustainable growth, and high-performing teams. Her expertise spans new product and service line launches, M&A, building compliant and lean organizations, human capital, and successfully integrating cutting-edge AI tooling. Debbie earned her BS in Biomedical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, and her MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
